Auna App
Experience & Product Design Lead, Growth
Designed AunaApp during the pandemic to streamline Auna's digital healthcare services — appointment scheduling, e-wallet, medical test results, prescriptions and medical history — for safe, remote patient care.
I led information gathering on patient needs and pain points, designed and validated the experience flows, structured the information architecture, and designed the interface end to end.
During the pandemic, patients needed a safe, efficient way to access medical care remotely — scheduling appointments, managing prescriptions and reviewing test results and medical history without visiting a physical location.
Essential healthcare interactions — scheduling, payments, test results, prescriptions, medical history — were fragmented and depended on in-person or phone-based processes that didn't hold up under pandemic constraints.
The process moved through information gathering, experience design and validation, information architecture, and user interface design — consolidating appointment scheduling, an e-wallet, medical test scheduling and results, prescription delivery and medical history into one coherent app.
AunaApp: a single mobile app bringing together appointment scheduling, an e-wallet, medical test scheduling and results, prescription delivery, and medical history access for remote healthcare management.
More digital appointment scheduling (reducing congestion at physical locations), faster medical test result delivery, better prescription access, a more intuitive digital healthcare experience, and higher patient engagement and trust.
In healthcare, consolidating fragmented remote-care needs into one coherent app reduces friction at exactly the moments — appointments, results, prescriptions — where patients are least able to tolerate it.
